The second dish on our menu is Corpse á la badgeré with lime mushrooms.
Take your corpse. We recommend ones that are good and stiff, as cadavers that are a little floppy won’t do the required job.
Roughly chop your cadaver, add to your choice of mincer/blender with a nice granny smith and a few snails, leave the shells on. They add a nice crunchy twist to the dish.
Go out into your back garden/woodland area. Shoot at random. Hopefully you will have yourself a lovely badger! Remove it’s organs, and add to the rest of the mix.
Stuff the badger with your now blended pulp, and bake for 3 hours. Take our your badger, sprinkle with a few mouldy mushrooms, and shove a daffodil up it’s arse.
